- There were 1261 properties that went under contract & became PENDING sales.
- 89% of these were executed within 30 days of being listed for sale.
- 54% of the PENDING sales were in the highly competitive $250-450,000 price range.

- There were 1011 properties that SOLD & SETTLED in May.
- 46% of these were in the highly competitive $250-450,000 price range.
- From June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021, properties were financed as follows:
Conventional - 70%
FHA/VA/USDA – 20%
Cash purchases – 8%
